My marketing business and website offer a wide range of products and programs, from digital information products, to more comprehensive and hands-on coaching and mentorship programs.
Due to the nature and different requirements needed to fulfill upon each program, we have varying refund policies for each. We’re all about transparency and we want you as a customer to be fully informed before making a buying decision. While we’re confident that you will truly love our products and services, please read through this entire page and be clear on each of the refund policies for each of the programs that we offer. If you’re not comfortable with a given refund policy on a specific product, PLEASE DO NOT BUY THE PROGRAM.
Here’s how our refunds policies work for each program…
Digital Information Products
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first days of purchasing my products, simply submit a refund request to contact@lisarcar.com and let me know. Please also delete all digital video, audio, and text files you obtained from us, and ask for your complete refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.
With these programs, you must complete the program, document your completing the program, and complete the assignments and document completing the assignments in order to be eligible for the additional monies on top of your investment in our programs.
Due of the nature of one-on-one programs, I will be providing a high level of service and coaching to our members, which comes at a cost to us.
Therefore, there are no refunds, or partial refunds for this program. Deposits will be forfeited should you decide not to proceed with this program and all sales are final.
Cancellation Policy
If you would like to cancel the above memberships, you may do so by sending creating a support ticket and email contact@lisarcar.com and ask for a cancellation.
A cancellation does not mean you will receive refund, it simply means you will not be billed any further for your membership. If you are within the 15 day money back guarantee and would like a refund, we will absolutely accomodate upon request.
Contacting Us
Submit a refund request to contact@lisarcar.com and request a refund from creating a new support ticket.
Upon a refund being processed, please allow 6 to 10 business days for the transaction to post to your account. Transaction times depend on the policies of your bank or credit card companies.
In the case of monthly products (e.g., monthly memberships), you have 30 days to try the product. You are under no obligation and can cancel at any time by contacting support and requesting us to cancel your subscription.
Upon cancellation your card will never be billed again.
To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers.
Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
Lisa R. Carmichael has the right to change this refund policy at any time, but it will be reflected on future orders, not past orders.
The guarantee starts from the purchase date. Refund requests or products returned after the refund policy has expired are not subject to a refund and a refund will not be issued.
